On every stage of company’s development employers are facing the core question for every business: should a company handle certain business processes in-house or pass them to outsourcing partners? Nowadays outsourcing became a popular and common way to reduce costs and achieve high productivity, but many European and American companies are still feel skeptical about it. Their skepticism is based on the common fear: offshore outsourcing may lead to in-house job reduction. Usually this fear has nothing in common with the way it is in real life. The education in IT sphere (in Ukraine as an example) during last years remains at a top level and meets the IT market’s changing demands. The political stability and still complicated economical situation (which will take at least 10 years to take it to a new level) make Ukraine “a calm shore” for any IT development business. And for American or European companies seeking for IT outsourcing partner, the convenient geographical position (2-3 hours flights from Ukraine’s capital to the most European cities and direct 10hour flights to the USA) gives additional opportunities for managing outsourcing projects, meeting contractors and as a result – being always “in-depth” of the development process and one step ahead of the competitors. Outsourcing became an ultimate solution for cost reduction being used by companies in different spheres of business.
